Date of production: December 1971

Case: "U“ shape.

Bezel: B1. The bezel is in great condition with no cracks

Dial: D3. The photos show blisters on the dial, which is common for these dials. Because of the feedbacks from Comex that the dials were too bright, Omega added a pigment, and it reacted with the brass producing blisters.

Hands: original

Bracelet: original but service Omega Ploprof mesh bracelet ref. 1266/237

Movement: original cal. 1002 movement, this is proven by the attached Extract of the Archives. It is estimated that around 60% of the movements in Ploprofs have been replaced during servicing. It is therefore quite rare to come across a piece in good condition that also has the original cal.1002

Condition: the Ploprof was serviced in 09/2021 (service paperwork included) in Omega Authorised service centre where a thorough service was carried out including complete overhaul of the movement (the movement was disassembled, cleaned, oiled, adjusted) and replacing all gaskets. Original dial, hands and bezel were kept as keeping the original parts was the goal. The hands are original and in very nice condition. The hand tritium is aged and matches the lumeplots of the dial.
