CANCELLATION POLICY

Right of withdrawal

It is your right to cancel the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason and return the goods. A fourteen-day withdrawal period begins the moment you take possession of the goods. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for a return.
 

We (JGWB s.r.o., Vohancice 76, 666 01 Vohancice, Czech Republic, e-mail: info@jgwatches.eu) must be notified of your withdrawal decision from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. e-mail). A notification of withdrawal must be sent before the withdrawal period expires in order to comply with the withdrawal period. To complete your return, we also require a receipt or a proof of purchase.

Revocation consequences

In the event that you revoke this contract, we will refund you the payment we had received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and within fourteen days of receiving your notification. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back.
 

You are required to promptly return or deliver the goods to us of your received shipment, ensuring it is done without delay and, at the latest, within fourteen days from the date you notify us of the cancellation of this agreement. The deadline will be considered met if you dispatch the goods prior to the fourteen-day period elapsing. The direct expenses associated with returning the goods will be your responsibility.
